Outlook is running abnormally slow

Follow these steps to disable any unused Outlook Add-ins that may be affecting performance:

Open Outlook and click File at the top left
Select the Options button
On the sidebar, navigate to Add-ins
At the bottom of that menu, click the “Go…” button next to “COM Add-ins”
Uncheck boxes for any Add-ins you do not typically use.
1. make sure not to disable any vital add-ins like the Microsoft Teams Meeting Add-in, or Newforma Outlook Add-in
