Problem

Note

I can’t log in to my Avaya application

Solution

Follow these steps to reconnect to Avaya.

  1. Open Avaya Communicator and navigate to the Settings menu

  2. On the Server tab, fill in the fields as follows

    1. Server address

      1. For New York users: ipoffice.hlw.com

      2. For Los Angeles users: ipofficela.hlw.com

      3. For New Jersey users: ipofficenj.hlw.com

    2. Transport Type: Select “TCP”. When selected, the Server port field above will change to 5060. Do not alter this field.

    3. Domain: Same as the Server address field

    4. Presence server address: optima.hlw.com

  3. Once all fields are configured, click “OK”

  4. Click on the “Not logged in” box, and enter your extension and password. Hit Enter to sign in.
