I can’t hear anything on Avaya, or other users cannot hear me.

Solution

Follow these steps to fix any existing audio issues in Avaya:

  1. Open Avaya Communicator and navigate to the Settings menu

  2. Click the “Audio” tab and ensure that both the Microphone and Speaker drop-downs have the proper device selected. If you use a Logitech device, it will say something like but not necessarily “Logitech-USB”. In the example image, an Mpow brand headset device is connected to the PC and selected.

  3. Click “OK” to close the Settings window. Your audio should be properly working now. If you are still experiencing issues with Avaya please reach out to IT Help Desk.
