Follow these steps to properly create a Teams meeting through Outlook.
Open Outlook to your Calendar Tab (Bottom Left)
Click on New Appointment
In the Pop-up window, Click “Teams Meeting” on the Ribbon.

the Room Finder on the right-hand sideInput the Start and End Time of the meeting and on right hand side select Room Finder. Use this window to find the correct meeting space and time slots available by clicking the “Show a room list:” drop-down menu and selecting your office.
When the room is selected, a dialogue will appear. Click “Yes”
it will be added to the Location and the Required fields
Add a Title to your meeting, and then the participants to either the Required or Optional fields
Confirm your meeting time is correct and has been given a Dial-in Number and Link.
Click Send
