Follow these steps to manually configure how your email signature appears:
In Outlook, open a new Email message
In the newly opened pop-out window, under Include on the toolbar, click the “Signature”drop-down and select the last option - “Signatures…”
In the resulting pop-out window is where you will configure your signature.
Start by selecting which signature to edit in the top-left box. The relative signature will display in the text area at the bottom. You can edit within that text area.
Once you’ve edited your Full Signature, and Reply Signature - click “OK” to confirm your changes
