This guide will show how to upload HLW virtual backgrounds for use with video conferencing apps.
All HLW virtual backgrounds are located in \\hlw.com\global\Apps\TeamsCustomBackgrounds
RingCentral
1 - After downloading and installing the RingCentral application, load it and then in the system tray, right click the RingCentral icon and click settings.
2 - The Settings window for RingCentral should pop up, select Virtual Background on the left hand pane and then select the + icon and then Add Image.
3 - A file explorer navigation window should pop up and then paste the below into the file path in that window to access the folder that contains our HLW Virtual Backgrounds. You can then select which one you would like to upload.

4 - After selecting your desired background and clicking Open, it should upload and become a selectable background for you to set in the Settings screen.
