This is a general-use guide. It may not address any problem in specific, but could contextually help point you in the right directions.

Downloading the App for Apple Iphone/ App Store

  1. Open the App Store

  1. At the bottom-right corner, click “🔎 Search”

  2. Search for “Power Apps

Downloading the App for Android / Play Store

  1. Open the Google Play Store

  2. Use the search bar at the top-center of the screen to type “ Power Apps”

  3. Install the Power Apps App

Signing in to download Virtual Business Card

  1. After the Power Apps App has been installed to your phone return to the home.

  2. Launch the Power Apps, “Select Sign in” and your use HLW email credentials.

  1. Once you’ve signed in, you will need to pick an account or add an account (using the + sign highlighted below), if you do not see your HLW Email account listed.

  1. After you’ve chosen an account, enter your password once more and select sign in.

  1. Once you’ve successfully signed in, you will be taken to the Power Apps Home Screen.
    At the bottom, select “All Apps”

  1. After you've selected All Apps, there will be an entry that says Business Card QR Code V3.

  1. Once selected, it will open up the Virtual Business Card on your phone.

Now you have successfully downloaded your Virtual Business Card to your phone!
