HLW Digital Business Cards from Power Apps

This is a general-use guide. It may not address any problem in specific, but could contextually help point you in the right directions.

Downloading the Microsoft PowerApps for Apple Iphone/ App Store

  1. Open the App Store or Click here

  2. At the bottom-right corner, click “🔎 Search”

  3. Search for “Power Apps

Downloading the Microsoft PowerApps for Android / Play Store

  1. Open the Google Play Store or Click here

  2. Use the search bar at the top-center of the screen to type “ Power Apps”

  3. Install the app by Microsoft Corporation

Signing in to download HLW Digital Business Card

  1. After the Microsoft PowerApps app has been installed to your phone return to the home screen.

  2. Launch the Power Apps, “Select Sign in” and your use HLW email credentials.

  1. Once you’ve signed in, you will need to pick an account or add an account (using the + sign highlighted below), if you do not see your HLW Email account listed.

  1. After you’ve chosen an account, enter your password once more and select sign in.

  1. Once you’ve successfully signed in, you will be taken to the Power Apps Home Screen.
    At the bottom, select “All Apps”

  1. After you've selected All Apps, there will be an entry that says Business Card QR Code V3.

  1. Once selected, it will open up the HLW Digital Business Card on your phone.

Now you have successfully downloaded your HLW Digital Business Card to your phone!

Adding your HLW Digital Business Card Shortcut.

  1. On the app that you want to create a shortcut for, swipe to the right and select Shortcut.

  1. You will get a pop that says “ Almost there..” Select “ Go to Shortcuts”

  1. After selecting “Go to Shortcuts”, it will take you a menu screen. On the top-right corner, Select “Done”.

  1. This will now take you to ALL shortcuts screen. Press and hold “Open Business card QR Code” to get a menu pop up.

  1. On the pop up menu, you will select the 5th option “ Add to Home Screen”

  1. After Selecting “Add to Home to Screen” you will then see an “Add” option on the top-right corner of the screen.

  1. Once you select “Add”, a Shortcut will be created on your mobile devices Home Screen to be able to quickly access your HLW Digital Business Card.

You have now successfully added a shortcut for your HLW Digital Business Card on to your mobile device !
