Adding Printers To Your Computer

This is a general-use guide. It may not address any problem in specific, but could contextually help point you in the right direction

Follow these steps to install the printers around the office to your machine.

  1. Open the File Explorer

  2. Navigate to the printer server for your office.

    1. For New York, \\hlwnyprint

    2. For Los Angeles, \\FSHLWINTLAPR2

    3. for New Jersey, \\hlwnjprint

  3. Open the shortcuts relative to the printers you’d like to install, or just run all the shortcuts with this icon:

     

  4. After a quick install progress bar, you should receive the Print Queue popup. This indicates the printer was successfully installed.
