With office 365 you can sync SharePoint files directly to your File Explorer. Placing Microsoft office files on SharePoint allows multiple users to collaborate on the same document in real-time. Follow the steps below to get started.
To log in using the web portal
Navigate to your SharePoint team site and click into your documents folder.
Select the sync option from the navigation bar
You will receive a warning message about opening the link in OneDrive. Click open
A new section will appear on your file explorer name “HLW International LLP”, and it will contain your SharePoint synced folders.
