Getting started with workspace One intelligent Hub (Android)

After receiving the workspace one device enrollment email, follow the steps below to complete the device enrollment process.

Click the link below to download and installed the hub app from the google play store.

Open the Intelligent hub app and enter your HLW email address or scan the enrollment email's QR code.

The intelligent hub recognizes you as an HLW employee on the next window and prompts you to enter your office credentials. Type in your username and password, then click continue.

On the next screen, you'll receive information this will not collect and what it will.

Your personal data and information stay completely separate and are not able to be accessed by Workspace ONE.

Only corporate apps and data that you choose to have on your device will be managed.

A prompt will notify you when Workspace ONE requests to manage/install an app, and you can view which apps are managed from within your device settings.

The next step is downloading and installing the work profile. Once you click on the accept and continue button, your Android device will create a work profile with a separate applications list containing your work apps.

The recommended work apps are automatically downloaded onto the work profile. The new apps will have a briefcase icon at the bottom right.

Once you open the Intelligence Hub app from the work profile, it will require you to create a passcode. You will receive one more privacy infographic, and you are done.

The next screen takes you to the hub main page, where you can navigate through all the available work apps you can access.
