Sending an eFax with MyFax

Follow these steps to send a fax via your Web Browser:

  1. Open the My Fax Website

  2. Login using the HLW shared credentials. If you do not have access to these credentials, email helpdesk@hlw.com to ask if you’re able to use the service.

  3. Once logged in, click SEND FAXES on the home page.

     

  4. Fill in the details of the fax to be sent

    1. First, type the contact’s name, company, country, and Fax number

    2. If you want to save the contact for future messages, enable “Save Contact”

    3. Click Add to start populating the list of recipients with the information provided

       

  5. Fill in your message subject and body text, and add attachments.

  6. Click Send Fax at the bottom-right of the menu.
