This guide will walk you through downloading the Intelligent hub application on your mobile device, loading the HLW work profile, and viewing all the available applications on the intelligent hub app.
This guide is for Apple devices.
After receiving the workspace one device enrollment email, follow the steps below to complete the device enrollment process.
Step 1 - Downloading the Intelligent Hub app.
Click the link below to download and installed the hub app from the apple store.
Step 2 - Enrolling your device.
Open the Intelligent hub app and enter your HLW email address or scan the enrollment email's QR code.
The intelligent hub recognizes you as an HLW employee on the next window and prompts you to enter your office credentials. Type in your username and password, then click continue.
On the next screen, you'll receive information this will not collect and what it will.
Your personal data and information stay completely separate and are not able to be accessed by Workspace ONE.
Only corporate apps and data that you choose to have on your device will be managed.
A prompt will notify you when Workspace ONE requests to manage/install an app, and you can view which apps are managed from within your device settings.
Step 3 - Work Profile Download
The next step is downloading the work profile. Once you click on the download profile link, you will receive two permission requestion—another one allowing the Hub app to send you future notifications and another to allow the file download.
Step 4 - Installing the Work Profile
Installing the profile is simple. In this step, you will back out of the workplace hub application and open up the iPhone settings app. You will see a new “Profile Downloaded” button under your account name in the settings app.
After selecting the profile download menu, you will have the install option at the new screen's top right.
Step 4 - Accessing work applications.
As soon as you select trust on the previous step, you will start receiving management notifications for any office 365 app installed. If you do not have any apps installed, then the hub app will automatically download Outlook, Teams, Onedrive, and SharePoint.
Once you open the Intelligence Hub app again, it will require you to create a passcode. You will receive one more privacy infographic, and you are done.
The next screen takes you to the hub main page, where you can navigate through all the available apps you can access.
