This guide will walk you through how to add visitors to building the Kastle system

Creating your Account

  1. Visit www.mykastle.com (you will always authorize guests through this site).

  2. Click Create New Account.

  3. Enter your HLW email and your work or cell # (it doesn’t seem to matter).

  4. Create a password.

  5. You will then be prompted to check your email for a PIN #.

  6. Enter that PIN into the open Kastle page, and away you go!

Adding a guest Kastle

  • Under Add Visitor (on the left), enter your guest’s name, in the format Last Name, First Name and click Go.

    • Names must be spelled as they appear on the person’s ID, so, “Joe” must be written out “Joseph”.

  • This will open a more detailed page where you can enter additional meeting guests and detail.

    • All the asterisked required fields are pre-entered for you, but Start/End Date may be altered (more about that in a moment).

  • Your email address will be listed by default in the Email Used at Check-In box (you will receive an email when your guest arrives),

  • To Alert Multiple people on a guest arrival

    • After your email address, add a “;” (semicolon), and enter the email address.

Adding multiple Guest

The Add Visitors screen opens with spaces for 10 visitors to be entered at once. All visitors will have the same authorized
days, times, and access when entered this way.
There are six required fields in addition to the visitor name.

  • Start Date: This will be the first day the visitor is permitted to check in.

  • End Date: This is the last day the visitor is permitted to check in. Visitors can be added for up to 180 consecutive days.

  • Daily Earliest Time: Indicates the earliest time a visitor will be allowed to check in.

  • Daily Latest Time: Indicates the latest time that a visitor is allowed to check in. This is not a check out time.
