This guide will walk you through how to connect to the VPN, and subsequently, to the HLW network via the FortiClient VPN.
This guide is only applicable for employees with an HLW laptop.
1 - Open the FortiClient application, the icon looks like the image below.
2 - Once FortiClient has opened, enter your HLW username and password as shown below.
3 - After you click Connect, you will receive a DUO request to complete the VPN connection on your mobile device. Click on Approve
4 - Once you have clicked Approve, you should now be connected and the following notification should pop up on your screen along with the FortiClient window closing.
