Problem

The Bluebeam PDF printing option isn’t working

Solution

To reinstall the Bluebeam Printer, which will typically clear most issues experienced with Bluebeam PDF:

  1. Open Bluebeam Administrator by searching the Start menu.

  2. Open the Printer tab and click “Reinstall Printer”

  3. After you receive a message that the printer re-installation was successful, Restart the printer spooler service by clicking Restart in the Port Monitor section.

    1. If you receive a message that the printer re-installation Failed, please contact helpdesk@hlw.com

  4. Click Apply, then OK to close the window.
