Follow these steps to properly create a Teams meeting through Outlook.
Open Outlook to your Calendar Tab (Bottom Left)
Click on New Appointment
In the Pop-up window, Click “Teams Meeting” on the Ribbon.
Notice the Room Finder on the right-hand side. Use this window to find the correct meeting space and time slots available by clicking the “Show a room list:” drop-down menu and selecting your office.
When the room is selected, a dialogue will appear. Click “Yes”
Add a Title to your meeting, and then the participants to either the Required or Optional fields
Confirm your meeting time is correct and has been given a Dial-in Number and Link.
Click Send
