Problem
I need to access a shared folder in my Newforma project directory
Solution
Follow these steps to open these shared folders via Newforma:
Open your project in Newforma to the Home page.
Click on Info Exchange
On the left-hand sidebar, select “Info Exchange Web Site”
Enter your sign-in credentials
For HLW Employees, use this format; hlw\(username) e.g. hlw\csellman
Your username is your HLW email sans “@hlw.com”
External contacts must use the email they were invited from.
If you haven’t set a password before, or don’t remember it, please use the Forgot Password? link at the bottom-left corner of the sign-in box.
Once logged in, you should be directed to the Project Home for the selected project. Click on the “Shared Folders” button.
