Emails Are Not Updating

Problem

My Emails aren’t showing up or stopped syncing/populating when someone sends me a message

Solution

Follow these steps to re-sync your inbox.

  1. Select the Folder/Inbox you would like to re-synchronize in the left-hand sidebar.

  2. Click “Send/Receive” at the top Nav-bar

  3. In the Navigation Pane, select either “Update Folder” (Will update only the currently opened folder) or “Send/Receive All Folders” (May take longer) at top-left.
