Adding Printers To Your Computer

Follow these steps to install the printers around the office to your machine.
Open the File Explorer
Navigate to the printer server for your office.
For New York, \\hlwnyprint
For Los Angeles, \\FSHLWINTLAPR2
for New Jersey, \\hlwnjprint
Open the shortcuts relative to the printers you’d like to install, or just run all the shortcuts with this icon:
After a quick install progress bar, you should receive the Print Queue popup. This indicates the printer was successfully installed.
